Our guides are very knowledgeable when it comes to tracking animals and reading the environment of the rainforest. While exploring with your guide, he/she will tell you about different animals, their behavior, and habits. You will learn about playful river otters and even otter families, reptiles like the cayman, as well as frogs often found near riverbanks and forests. Safety and satisfaction will always come first.

Thank you for choosing the Tambopata National Reserve. This program was designed especially for people who want to establish a connection with nature and enjoy the wonderful Amazon rainforest. During the immersion program you will have three days full of amazing activities, boat tours, walking through forests and incredible visits to Lake Sandoval, which is considered one of the best places in the whole area.
You will have an opportunity to engage yourself in interesting activities such as kayaking, observing canopy views from special points and visiting collpa, which are riverbanks rich in clay.
