While the unparalleled scenery will feed your soul, we understand that it is equally as important for your bodies to be well- fed. Our cooks, trained by master chefs in the food capital of Lima, strive to make each day’s dining experience a memorable one.
Drawing on the best of both Peruvian and international cuisine, they use local, organic ingredients from the Sacred Valley. Some foods may be familiar like quinoa, and (a mind-boggling variety of)potatoes, while others, like alpaca or kiwicha, may be a welcome introduction to your palate.
Our cooks will boil water for you at each campsite, supplying safe water to drink throughout the trek.
